Thank you for supporting our small business grow. Your satisfaction is our primary goal and we will strive to be as transparent as possible about our products and services , so that you can have all the necessary information needed to make your decision to purchase from us.

Return Policy : All sales are final unless an error occurred on behalf of 5E Naturals. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. That being said, your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products. In case you are unhappy, please let us know within 7 days after your order is delivered. We want you to have a positive experience and we will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Cancellations : We will do our best to ship orders within 2-3 business days of placement. If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot issue refunds or credits for cancellation requests received after an order ships.

Replacement Items : If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within two days of the date it was delivered and we will ship a replacement item to you. After 2 days, we will not be able to assist you. Please send a photo with your message that shows the damaged item so we can verify, understand and improve any shipping issues.

Product Information : All our products are handmade using organic and natural ingredients in a clean and disinfected environment. Our products are formulated based on tried and tested age old ayurvedic recipes. Products are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition. If pregnant or nursing, or if you are concerned about a particular health condition, please consult your physician before using our products. Always do a patch test before using the products for the first time and stop using in case of any allergic reaction.

Fragrance Preferences : No refunds, exchanges, and /or returns will be issued or accepted as a result of personal opinions or preferences with regards to fragrance.
Fragrance, like taste, is a matter of personal preference and is perceived differently by each individual. It is also important to keep in mind that how a fragrance smells on the skin and how long it lasts is ultimately determined by each person’s unique body chemistry, not the fragrance of the product. All fragrances do not work well for all people and that is the risk we choose to take when purchasing scented products online.

Natural Products and Weather : We take pride in making our products completely natural and organic without using artificial preservatives or stabilizers. Everything is completely natural which makes it vulnerable to the weather. Shipping during cold or hot weather may cause freezing or melting. This will definitely alter the texture of some of our products, especially hair butters, lotion bars, shampoo bars, gloss bars, creams and moisturizers. If the product is frozen, allow time for the product to heat up to room temperature. If the product has melted when you receive it, put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that it can resolidify. Melted butters may appear half full in the container, but you are not receiving less product. When the butter melts, it will no longer look whipped and will be thicker like a balm.
We will not reship or offer refunds for products that melt or freeze during shipping. Melting or freezing does not affect the wonderful nourishing properties of our products and they are still completely safe to use.

Shipping : We will process your order within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified. Shipping will then take an additional 1-5 business days depending on your shipping selection. We will work hard to provide quick order processing but sometimes due to the number of orders we receive or other issues outside of our control, it may take longer.
Please note that the orders are shipped using USPS, Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If the product is out of stock, please allow 5-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. We will notify you if this happens. When your order ships, you will receive an email or message containing your order tracking information, so be sure to enter your correct contact information when placing an order.

SECTION 4 - ONLINE STORE Our online store is hosted by Shopify. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the online store transmits your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
