How to Use:

For Hair Spray:

Place one tea bag in a mug and pour 4 oz of boiling water over it.
Allow it to steep for at least 20 minutes, or for a stronger infusion, steep overnight.
Transfer the cooled tea into a spray bottle and apply it to your scalp and hair daily. Massage it gently into your scalp.
Prepare a fresh batch of tea weekly and discard after 5 days.

For Hair Rinse:

Put one tea bag in a mug and pour 8-12 oz of hot water over it. Let it steep for 15 minutes or overnight.
Use the cooled tea as an after hair wash rinse, gently massaging it into your hair and scalp.
Do not rinse it out. Leave it on and style your hair as usual.
